So one of my Fb friends posted that her hubby loves the name and wants to name their daughter this. They arent pregant. And I said oh please do not name your baby Heaven backwards. I mean if you like the name for the name then at least spell it better, I still think its an awful name but I didnt tell her that. Well I got Reemed for it. There was a couple people who agreed with me, and the girl was like I welcome others opinions so calm down. But no, people were swearing at me and telling me I was jealous for not thinking of it. Hahahahaha, wow. Yes soooo jealous.

Re: Oy Nevaeh
I think Nevaeh might be my least favorite name in the history of ever.
FWIW I did know a "Heaven" once, but that was her stripper stage name.
Come on this name is awesome because whenever you tell it to anyone it's not just
"This is Nevaeh"
its
"This is Nevaeh, that's heaven spelled backwards!!'
And then you get to see one their faces that they truly believe you are genius!

Friends don't let friends give their kids stupid names. Seriously, my best friends are the ones who tell me when I'm being a dumba$$.
Hopefully she will thank you later.

Always thought I'd be a "mom of many"--now just hoping to be a "mom of one or two more!"
I think it's a beautiful name. I don't personally like Nevaeh pronounced "na-vay-uh"
but our daughter's middle name is Nevaeh and we pronounce it "na-vay".
I know a lot of people have negative feelings toward this name but I hate the bashing people do to it. Parents give a lot of thought to the name they give their child. We named our beautiful daughter Banner Nevaeh. Her name means "a sign from heaven".... and that's exactly what she is. So what if she has a "different" name growing up. She'll work it and make it her own. But it fits her.
So please, if you have something nice to say... then say it. But if you are tempted to attack other people for their name choices --- please keep it to yourself. It's quite rude and only make you look bad... EVEN on the BN board.
