CD size question for Moms

About how long will my baby be in newborn size cloth diapers?


Also, did your baby go from newborn size to one size? Or did you need to buy some in-between sizes?

I'm finding some good deals online and want to know what I should be picking up, I really am trying to just stick to newborn size for now but if I come across a good deal for OS, I'm going to start grabbing those up too!!

    My DS was very small so he fit in his nb diapers until at least 3 months, not sure that;s the norm though. And yes, we went right to OS (with a few smalls thrown in) when he outgrew them, and even a little before. The Rumparooz fit once he was a little over 6 lbs but the rest didn't fit until 10-12.

    No idea. Every baby is different. I've seen a range from 2 weeks to 3 months. DD was in hers until 13 weeks. She was a peanut.

    Yep, we pretty much could go to OS diapers, but I had some sizes ones just to make up part of the stash.

    I bought most of my nb diapers used to save $.

    I think we made the transition from NB around 2 months.  I went right to one-size without a problem for the most part.  I do have some sized diapers, too, since not all the one-size fit right away.

    It took 5 failed IUIs and a failed IVF, but our FET worked!
