Great place for a baby shower?

I am trying to plan my sisters baby shower from across the country, and am having trouble finding a low cost place.  Any ideas would be appreciated!

 East Pittsburgh works best, but even down town would work.

    What's your budget and how many people do you have?   Do you have a theme?

    I'm a wedding planner (www.galagalore.net) and can help you pick a venue for her baby shower since I'm familiar w/ a lot of places.  :)

    I had mine at Atria's and it was wonderful!  Especially food! They have tons of locations-I had mine on beverly rd location in clear glass party room.

    Millvale Community Center - Its a brand new building and looks like a wedding hall. I think it was $200 or $250
