Soo I looove yankee candles, especially the fall scents, but I have refrained from buying any scented candles since LO's been born. So I was wondering if they are ok to use? Or should I wait till she is older?
I use them occasionally, but only for short periods of time and never in a closed room with him. I am very smell sensitive, so I know how it can be. I get headaches from bad perfume, etc. I'd hate to bombard his new little nose with an overwhelming smell. However, I have 2 dogs and it's raining here, so a little pumpkin spice goes a long way!

What do you mean "are they okay to use"? I don't get why they wouldn't be. I have them all over my house and since LO can't walk yet, there's no way they're a danger to her.

I really don't know, I never thought there was an issue with them but DH swore the chemicals that makes them scented go into the air and those weren't good for LO to breathe...So now I can tell him there's no problem!
I wouldn't use them regularly around LO, especially paraffin-based candles. I don't think it's a big deal every once in awhile, but I personally would only use them for special occasions (but I avoid most artificially scented products anyway).
I use Sentsy heaters. I have one in the kitchen with Apple Cider smell And one in the living room with Autumn Fall Scent. I love them! I have htem on 24/7.
