We didn't make it to IVF, but I wanted to say I am over 6 weeks pregnant and still don't feel pregnant Everyone is different and many ladies keep telling me they didn't have any pregnancy symptoms until the 7th or 8th week. The progesterone can make you feel like AF is coming. Don't lose hope yet! Good luck!
Honestly - my BFP cycle was no different from my BFN cycles from a symptoms perspective. I actually never had symptoms (until very recently)! Its so early, and unfortunately the only way you can tell is to test. GL!
TTC since April 2009
dx = PCOS;
TTC History for DS - A FET miracle after 7 IUIs; 2 fresh transfers, and 1 other FET resulted in BFNs.
Hoping and Praying for baby #2:
Cycle 1 - FET; November 2012 BFN
Next Steps - who knows?
My ONLY symptom this time around was a telltale poking/cramping feeling. With my DD, I had sore boobs, cramping, the works. This time, just that odd poking sensation (which I assume was related to implantation?) for a few days, and then it went away. After that, I had NOTHING by way of symptoms until I could feel the baby moving.
Symptoms are a notoriously awful way to determine what is going on in there - but it is impossible not to over analyze everything, I know! Best of luck to you!!!
Brought to you by IVF, ICSI, limited fert, and oocyte cryopreservation. Because we're fancy like that.
After TTC for a total of about three years, the only months that I didn't feel "symptoms" where the two times I was actually pregnant. This last time was IVF and I was convinced it didn't work. But, it did!
Hang in there, and if you can help yourself, don't POAS. I did too early and the resulting BFNs lead to unnecessary disappointment.

Hi there! Everyone is different. I think I was still so bloated and sore from my huge ovaries that I couldn't feel a pregnancy symptom . It's early...try to relax and enjoy that as of now, you are PUPO. Good luck to you! I hope it turns out wonderfully!
Stopped BCPs December 2008
TTC since June 2009
6 unsuccessful Clomid cycles
Dx Annovulatory due to PCOS January 2010
DH-perfect
4 unsuccessful IUIs
Began Lupron July 7 for first IVF
IVF cancelled; overstimulation and coasting lead to huge drop in E2
New testing with an Endocrinologist...perhaps a new diagnosis...
So, not PCOS but Hashimoto's Thyroiditis November 2010
After a looong break, started seeing a new RE. Gearing up for IVF 1.2.
Beta 1=197!!
I was beyond shocked when I got the call that I was pregnant. I didn't (and still don't) feel pregnant. My boobs hurt more while on stims than they did on PIO and estrogen patches. I also had cramping and thought the worst.
Good luck! I really hope this is it for you.
