I just send DD to DC in a 3 month onesie from target. (circo) But, she is in anything from 3 months, to 3-6 months, to 6 months. Depends on the brand. She is about 15.5 lbs maybe 15.75, so she is not little, but some of her clothing is still big. That said, I bought a really cute outfit online for her, 3-6 months and it didn't fit at all.
3-6 (WITH the bulky cloth dipes to "fill it out"), and still some 0-3 things too. She's on the very small end of the charts (6th percentile) but we're hoping she bulks up soon!
Cloth-diapering, co-sleeping, breast-feeding, C-section Mama
DD will be 4 months on the 30th and she is still wearing mostly 0-3 month clothes. She can wear some 3-6 months depending on the brand it is. She's my little peanut!

He's in a variety of sizes. Mostly 3-6, but some bigger 0-3 onesies and pants still fit him and he has a couple 6-9 and even one 12 month outfit that he wears. He'll be 4 months next Friday.
She wears 3-6 or 6 months depending on the brand. I can still squeeze her into some of her 3 month clothes, but most of those she has outgrown. She is wearing 9 months in the Gerber onesies we received as a gift but their sizes tend to run small.
My daughter is a little chunker :-) She is currently wearing 6 months and 6-9 month things. However I discovered last night that her 6 month pj's are really tight...so it looks like we'll be moving up to 6-9 month or 9 month things. I'm hoping she will stop growing so much so she fits into her winter clothes all winter.
Reese just had her 4 month appointment and moved to 3-5 month clothes that day. (Mostly by default, all of her fall clothes are 3-6 and it has been slightly cooler here)
He mostly wears 6-9 month sizes. What really baffles me is that at the pedi appt, he fell in the 25th percentile for weight and length. Yet, he's bigger than every baby I see his age or even older. He weighs about 13.5 lbs. I guess he's going to take after his dad's shape...wait- I never said that! LOL
In onesies, he's still in 0 - 3, and they fit good, but he also wears 3 - 6 as well, they're just a little big. 0 - 3 pants are way to short, so he's in 3 - 6 pants and sleepers as well. When he outgrows the 0 - 3 onesies, we'll have to do some clothes shopping since that's most of what he has. He's about 14 pounds.

Onsies: depends on the brand...some 3-6 and some 6. she is long...but thin. they tend to be wider than she needs but the length gets too snug.
sleepers: depends on brand but 6-9 and even some 12 month..i have to fold the cuff on the arms but legs fit.
DD2: February 2014
This is DS, but he is only 16lbs. He is long though so smaller sizes are too short in the arms/legs.
At 4 months, she was wearing mostly 3-6 with some 6 month stuff. Medium Carters pjs and onesies.
ETA: I just packed up all of her 3-6 and washed all of her fall 6-9 and 9 month stuff. She's now in Large Carters pjs. Sniff sniff!!
DS is wearing 3-6 mo size, but fits better in to size 0-3 mo pants. FWIW, DS was not quite 14 lbs at his 4 mo check up.
P.S. Your little boy is adorable!

She was 12.5 pounds and 24 inches.
