We have a little over a peck of pears. So far I have made pear tarts and a pear, proscuitto, and goat cheese pizza. I have a plan for a pear, blue cheese, and pecan bruscetta for tomorrow night and a pear strata for saturday (thank you Cooking Light magazine!) but I am still going to have several pounds of pears left. I need ideas ladies!
