First period PP ?

I have a Q about the first PP period...

 

I have been having cramps for days and I keep thinking AF will arrive. I am still pretty much EBF  she is a light solid eater at only 7 months...

 

Anyway, my Q is- if you have gotten your first PP period already- did you have cramps for days?

    no.  I've only had one but it was super light and zero cramps.  I am still bf-ing and pumping though, but am supplementing, so I think the diminished demand brought it on.  Guessing when I fully wean it will be back to cramp hell.

    No.  I was completely and utterly surprised when it came with LO was 6 months old.

    I did and I was SICK as a dog for 2 days...throwing up and everything. It was awful!!!

    Nope, mine was unexpected. Same with the second. All I felt for the second was a little twinge on my left side like I used to two weeks beforehand, letting me know it's on the way. Boo.
