well not 5 weeks anymore. I got that rescheduled again to 09/30 at the other clinic (a much further drive, but whatever).
And I completely blanked on the tooth fairy until this morning. What a moron. At least it fell off at home and not at school... DH wants to keep it. (and it was just the lower portion of the tooth, the visible part. Broke clean away from the gums and the rest of it that is broken up inside the gums - still need the extraction for the rest of it)
