I'm a 32DD and my DH just treated me to a couple of VS's new Showstopper bras. They are ah-mazing. They do have a higher price tag, but honestly, with a larger chest I feel like I have to make the investment or else be constantly uncomfortable.
Chantelle and LeMystere. Find a good lingerie store (VS is not a good store for this. Something like nordstroms or a boutique), get fitted and your life will change for the better. Worth every penny you wasted on cheap bras for a good fit, comfort and look.
I like Cacique's Balconette. The straps slide down off my shoulders sometimes, but I love everything else. The list price is around $35 but you can find some serious coupons.
I'm also a 36DD and I love these at JCP. I got mine on clearance for $9.99 but they are reasonable even when they are not on sale. They are the only bra I have ever had that the straps don't slide off the shoulder.
I have been searching for this since I had Gabe! I am convinced it doesn't exist.
I went to Nordstrom and got a Chantelle bra for a million dollars and it worked fine for a little while.
What I really want is something that's racerback or clips (to keep straps from falling down) but that is NOT going to dig into my shoulders. I have a design in mind, I need to patent it and start my own company, haha.
I'm the same size (was a 36D before pg, so never had cute, tiny bras). I get the most comfort with Bali's Satin Tracings bras. They are sometimes on sale at Kohl's or JCP for $14 or $17. The downside is they have seaming which shows through on thinner sweaters, but I either just layer with a cami or don't care anymore.
