job interview

in 1st Trimester

I am super excited for an upcoming job interview for what is essentially, my dream job.  Is the general protocol for telling them that you are expecting to wait until you have a formal offer in hand?  Wish me luck!

    This could really go either way, I interviewed for a great job this morning and had the same dilemma. Since it's for a small company and a maternity leave could cause some serious trouble for them, I went ahead and told him at the end of the interview, before he spent money running my background and personality profile. I felt like if they weren't impressed enough with me at that point, waiting till they had spent money on me to tell was definitely not going to get me any brownie points. I got the job..
