Recommend your thermometer

I'm looking for a new thermometer because I'm getting super frustrated with the one we currently have. It takes FOREVER to get a temp. I'm talking up to 2 minutes sometimes, which does not work with a wriggling toddler. Preferably, I need something that I can use for rectal, underarm, and oral. Recommendations? TIA!

    We have one made by Safety 1st, and you can get it at Target or BRU.  It is so great - it has a base with interchangeable tips that you can switch out for oral, rectal, under arm.  It reads a temp in 5 seconds!  It's about $20 and so worth it.

    Thanks! I saw this one and it seemed to have mixed reviews so I was wary of it, but I'm glad to hear that this is a good choice:)

    The only downside is that the battery in ours ran out quickly.  DD ran a 103-104 fever for 8 days, and we were taking her temp multiple times a day.  That was the only time we'd really used it.  But, it was easy enough to replace the battery.  Not sure if that was mentioned in any of the reviews you read, or if it was just a bad battery in ours.
