6 month shot ?

How long after the 6 month shots was your LO crabby? Its been 3 days now, and DS is still a terror. But he's not generally a happy baby anyway, so just trying to figure out if its the shots or he if is just torturing me on purpose.

BFP # 1- DS ~ TTC #2 since Jan. 2012 - BFP # 2 - "Baby Elsie" - Blighted Ovum - D&C August 22, 2012 at 7w3d, BFP # 3 - CP - December 30, 2012, BFP # 4 - CP - March 19, 2013 ~ First RE Appt. 4/24/13 Med cycle #1: 50mg Clomid and Trigger shot = BFN. Med. Cycle #2: 6 cysts found. No meds/rest cycle. Trying on our own = BFP # 5! Beta #1 = 77, Beta #2 = 129 Beta #3 = 94 - CP - July 2, 2013. BFP # 6! Beta#1 = 21, Beta#2 =58 Beta#3 = 134. U/S shows heartbeat of 142 at 7w2d!

    At Isla's 4mos and 6mos shots she was sick so she didn't get them. I have got to get on the ball after pay day and get her in for them. I'm ashamed to say looks like we went the "delayed vaccine route" this time.

    Molls was a nightmare after it was also the only shot she got a fever with BUT she had two teeth cut about 5 days later.  Good luck!

    You know the worst shots for DD was her 2 months shots.  Her 4 and 6 month shots did not affect her that badly.  She ran a low grade fever with the ones at 4 months and nothing really at 6 months.  She does not go again until her 9 month shots in Nov.

    For her 6 month shots, it was 3 days of not feeling well.  For the others (no idea why) it was less.

    DS was about the same for the 2, 4 and 6 months.

    He cried during all three, the most at the 2 months and the least at the 6 months.

    He had a fever after all three, never above 101*F at 2 and 4 months, but it went to 103.3*F with the 6 months.

    He was fussy and had no appetite the day of and day after at the 2 months. He was fine within an hour of the 4 and 6 months... happy and playful but a little sleepy. Normal appetite though.

     

    I'm so glad he gets a break now. No more shots until 12 months. Those thunder thighs could use a breather.
