Just saw 2 grandparents

leave DC without kid in carseat.  The kid who is a little older than L was standing on gma's lap as they were leaving the parking lot to turn onto the road.

    I mentioned it once I got inside but I wasn't 100% sure who it was so there wasn't much they could do you know?

    No idea.  The whole situation is odd if this is the people I'm thinking of for sure.  We don't have PT DC so you pay FT regardless yet these grandparents pick the kid up every day at noon.

    Sooo I'm not really sure.  L would not be riding with someone ever again if I found out this happened.  In fact, there are certain people I won't let her ride with because I feel like they *might* do this or not strap her in properly.

    We were passed by a car full of people on 85 saturday. They were going more than 75. They had 5 people and one person in the back seat was holding a baby (approx 6 months) in the back. I guess they didn't have room for a car seat. I regret not calling hwy patrol.

    That is my pet peeve!  I saw a Tahoe driving around last week.  2 adult women in the front wearing no seatbelts and two young children in the back without carseats or seatbelts.  The youngest was probably 18 months old and his window was all the way down and he had both arms hanging out.  It makes me so upset to see that.  My first thought was to call 911 but then I second guessed myself because it's not really an emergency.  I didn't think about calling HP, next time I will.
