Babies: 6 - 9 Months

I'm sick of getting invited to the same party...

Serioulsy E, we have been doing this midnight to 2 or 3 party now on and off for weeks. More on than off though.  WTF, why can't you just go back to sleep.  Are you to good for sleep now?!  Mommy is sick of slamming her head off her desk all day long trying to stay awake.  Please STTN tonight or I will even settle for 2 short wakeups.  Please!

  • Your just so dang popular with everyone! E must recognize that so she wants to hang out with you on the late night ;)

  • Beckett was up from 230 to almost 430 last night. Happy as can be, just talking and yelling. I was about to jump out a window I was so frustrated. Lets set up a video chat between Beck and Elizabeth so they can keep each other company at night and we can get some sleep. Sound good?

  • maybe E wants a nice hot toddy nudge in the middle of the night to take the edge off.

Serioulsy we should!  We were up from 1230 till 330 last night.  She isn't cranky at all.  She just crawls around, claps, plays with her toys, and chit chats with me.

  • R does the same thing. It is exhausting. I would just leave her in her crib, but she squeals so loudly... It doesn't make a difference.

I think ours has to do with her trying to crawl. As soon as she wakes up, she's on all fours, rocking back and forth. It keeps her awake.

  • Ugh, I thought my LO was the only one doing this!  It started yesterday & she did it again last night.  She isn't upset at all, unless I put her in her crib, she just wants to hang out, rock, crawl, talk, anything but sleep.  It was driving me crazy last night because she was obviously SO tired but she wouldn't go to sleep.  First you wake up like 4 times a night because of the teething, now this?!  DD really doesn't want a sibling apparently.
