over the shoulder boulder holders...

Now that I got my little Bette reference out of me....

I have to find a bra that I  can wear to bed... no hooks or anything... I've never worn a bra to bed, so I don't know where to look! I'm currently a 38 d almost dd...and growing.  Any help would be appreciated.... thanks!

  • I went from a 38 D to a 40 DDD in the past 3 weeks. I've never worn a bra to bed (mostly because I hate them; it's such a relief to take them off the second I get home), but now I'm finding that I'm super sore either way. So I'm thinking about wearing a sports bra too; I have some thin ones from target that I bought for after a liver surgery a few years ago, and I'm going to dig them out of the drawer tonight!

  • Definitely try a sports bra. I wouldn't do any underwires to bed you will be more uncomfortable! I'm only a 36D but wear sports bras and love them!

  • I'm a good 44G and I still don't wear a bra to bed. I never have. I don't intend to start now! LOL As far as comfortable everyday bras, I really like Cacique. They are sold at Lane Bryant and aren't ugly, old lady bras, but are comfortable for big girls (even if you aren't big everywhere, just in the chest)! BONUS is that they are affordable! And they have sales sometimes. When I bought bras after DS stopped breatfeeding I spent like 26 on each bra after the sale. I think normally they were 36 each. Not bad, considering most bigger sized bras are in the 50s!

  • I'm 34F and I just got the C9 version at Target.  Its kind of like a yoga bra - super stretchy, no underwire, and provides some support, but not as much as a regular bra.  I've had to start wearing it every night b/c the soreness was waking me up at night when I went without it!

  • How funny - I wore a bra to bed every night until I got married, and only for the first month or so. Now they are sore so I make sure to wear a bra to bed. I am a full C now, and I despise how big they are getting. I was quite content with my previous size.

  • I found this compression type tank top at target in the body shaper/ bra section and it's basically just a very stretchy tank top. It holds the boulders in place while I sleep, although I admit I pull it up because I don't like the tightness on my belly as much. It seems smoother than a sports bra and easier to wear since there are no seams. Helps tremendously with the soreness.
