Feeding Your Young Toddler Class at Kaiser...?

I got a letter about scheduling a two-part 12mo well child visit.  The first part is a 30min class that focuses on nutrition, feeding and sleep patterns, the second part is the well child visit with the Pedi.  Did anyone else do this?  Is the 30min class worth it? I already scheduled his 12mo well child visit before I got the letter, so I don't really want to reschedule if I don't have to.

  • Interesting.  That wasn't offered to me.

  • I've never heard of it.  Sounds interesting though.  I'd probably do it just to see what they say.
  • I took a solid foods class at Kaiser a long time ago for Emmy and got a lot of good information.  But that was for introduction to foods.  It sounds like an interesting class, I think I'd go if it was offered to me.
  • Sounds like it might be interesting.  It wasn't offered/available to me when A turned 1.

  • Wasn't offered anything like that through Kaiser but it sounds interesting. I did take a young child (targeted ages 1-5) feeding/nutrition class through John Muir a few months ago... it was very informative and useful.
