Pregnant after IF

snoangel79

Hi there,

I'm lurking from IF and knew you were in MA. I was wondering if you could tell me what DE agency you used (or did your RE have a bank?)  Just starting DE research and I have no clue where to start!

TIA

You can PM me if you want  to keep the info private.

  • Hello Mrs Mcirish!

    We used this company. https://www.thedonorsource.com

They are based out of CA I think but have donors from all over (they have New England Offices though and worked with Sheryl Steinberg who was very helpful). We chose our donor from the New England area because you pay for their travel to come to your clinic. Brigham doesn't have an in-house donor pool but they recommended a few agencies and this was one of them. There's also one in Burlington, Tiny Treasures and one in Southborough MA CSED that were recommended. I signed up and looked at all three for our donor. If you have any questions I'd be glad to help! Best of Luck to you and your husband on this journey! It wasn't as hard as I thought it would be!

  • Thanks so much. I am going to register to look at the databases. I still have another IVF with my OE to start within the next week but want to see what my options are if my embies turn out cruddy again...

ETA : I stupidly forgot you were at Brigham. My RE told me last week they didn't have a bank. Duh!

  • Sorry to butt in but wanted to plug RBA's frozen egg bank. It's in Atlanta but has many out of town clients. It's by far the cheapest option I could find as well. My De IVF was $4k cheaper than my IVF with OE...though I did PGD. Www.myeggbank.com
