Go get yourself a pumpkin spice latte, decaf!! That's how I've been feeding the craving!! It's just gonna be the WORST when they are out of season again... I always feel a little glum when they go away!

FOUND SOME!!! called the "other" walmart one last time, just to see. Talked to the night stock guy. He said it's in the back and you have to ask for it, but they got it! YES! Now. DS is still awake(don't judge). Am I going to pack him up and go get some tonight? Or take a chance and wait till morning...? Hmmmm LOL We're waiting. But 1st thing in the morning!

LOL, this cracks me up. It reminds me of when I was little and all I wanted for Christmas was a Furby and my mom and to go to Walmart in the middle of the night and sneak in the back doors with the night manager so she could pay him cash and run out with it hidden in her jacket.

Everyone goes crazy for the canned pumpkin!

Our grocery store doesn't get any canned pumpkin until mid-october. Grr. Last year, I bought a few extra cans just incase I wanted to make something with it throughout the year.

This year, I am STOCKING UP! I've never not seen it when I wanted it! But this craving is kicking my a@@. LOL And then, my sis had pumpkin cake on Sun for her bday, and it just pushed me over the edge. LOL. I took two pieces home, and got the recipe. Too many carbs(but it was amazing). BUT. That one on pinterest, with the cake mix? Even WITH the frosting, I can have ONE! YES!!! It IS like when my Mom had to stand in line for 2 hours just to ORDER our cabbage patches. I am much older than you. LOL

I heard on the news there's another pumpkin shortage this year. When I was at the grocery store yesterday they didn't have any of the normal size cans of Libby's pumpkin but they did have the big size of Libby's and the regular size of organic. I didn't need a huge can so I just bought the organic stuff.

See if you can find the Dreyer's pumpkin ice cream. It tastes just like cold pumpkin pie. It's amazing!

This is why I stocked up on canned pumpkin several weeks ago. I remember my grocery store being out of it a lot last year, and that was heartbreaking.

There is definitely another pumpkin shortage this year. I work for a grocery broker and we deal with Nestle (Libby Canned Pumpkin). Last year and this year, they have had to allocate cases of pumpkin to all of the different retailers. It will be there, but probably not for long. So, if you see it, stock up!
