This has been my all-time favorite name for a girl since I was in high school. What are your thoughts on the name? Also, what kind of middle name do you think would sound best? I was thinking something very girly, maybe one-syllable. I don't know...

I think it's unique without being annoying or weird. I like it! IMO, it should be paired with a simpler mn, like Cate.

I think all your choices for middle name sound great but Bronwen Cate sticks out for some reason! Great choice!

I had a friend named Bronwen when I was little so I always have fond memories of that name.

I like Bronwen Cate. I love the name Maeve, but I think it's a little too much with Bronwen. I can't stand Maude.

I like the idea of it but for some reason I find it being somewhat difficult to say. It seems like you have to stop and think every time you say it. It doesn't just roll off the tongue if that makes any sense. But, it could be just me.

I think it's really... awkward. It doesn't flow easily off the tongue. And I think it's, well, weird. Sorry. I think it commands a girly middle name. Not Maude.

My husband took one look at it and said "Any name with 'bro' in it is too much of a guy name for a girl." I also fear her nickname might become "Brawny."

It's one of those names that I think is really cool, and I can't say I don't like it, but I just feel like it's on the troublesome side of unique.

I still say go for it; I just hope she wouldn't be teased or anything...

Not a fan at all. I knew a Bronwen and she unfortunately looked (and acted) as awkward and unfeminine as her name, so it was...well, unfortunate.

Sorry, but I just really don?t like it. It?s probably the least feminine name I?ve ever heard. IMO, the only way this name would be fitting is if your daughter will forever be a tomboy.
