DS threw up but is fine?

DH and I were taking DS to the library and I heard DS making and odd noise, I thought maybe he was just mumbling or choking a bit on saliva (he does this when he teeths sometimes). Nope when I checked on him he had threw up LOTS! I'm so glad I had DH stop and I checked on him when I heard the noise. I sat in the back seat with him and cleaned his mouth off the best I could. He did not even cry!!! Came home right away and gave him a bath while DH cleaned up the carseat. He's acting fine! Not sick at all. Right now he is just BF and was giggling in the bath.

We have a playdate at our home tomorrow. Should I cancel it just in case or just keep an eye on him. No fever and 100% happy...maybe got a hold of something odd or gagged himself?
