Sorry you have it so bad. It should subside after the first trimester, but unfortunately some women have it their entire pregnancy. Just remember it's worth it in the end!
That's rough! Try to eat something small first thing in the morning. I've read that eating small things throughout the day so that your tummy isn't ever empty can help. Also make sure whatever you are drinking isn't too cold because that can make things worse. I haven't been able to use anything from the fridge or freezer!
the right one will always make you feel like you are the most loved person in the world
Yes, I'm sure it'll be worth it in the end... But it's so weird to feel scared about eating and feeling it come right back up. Grr. This is my 1st baby.... And I'm doin this on my own. This had nothing to do with the morning sickness, but i've been crying so much lately & i also tend to throw up when I cry. All of this is just so hard..... *BLEH*
Small meals are good. I've been eating a lot of oatmeal. I feel sick all day--I'm functioning nauseous with the meds I was prescribed, but still not great most of the time. I grew tired of saltines really quicky and moved on to Ritz crackers. Ginger gum sometimes works for me (anything with ginger is good for the belly and I've had good luck with ginger items some days).
Hang in there! Many of us are also feeling not so great and completely understand!
