could really use t's & p's

We've been TTC #2 for a year now... two ectopics in the last 9 months, HSG revealed one blocked tube. Its been a rough ride. We were over the moon to get a positive pg test on 9/3. Due to my history I had an early U/S yesterday at 6wks. I was having some pinkish spotting but no cramping and was really concerned. U/S showed sac but no fetal pole. From what I've read we're not "done" yet, there is still a chance that everything will be fine, but after two recent losses, I am devastated (and the NP was not encouraging, which didn't help). I had a beta done yesterday and have the second one tomorrow so that will probably answer our questions. Please send me any positive thoughts, prayers, juju that you can spare. I pray that we will get our happy ending this time, I don't know how much more my heart can take.
