We discussed a bunch of names but the one girl name we discussed and he dreamt about his dad telling him it was a girl and her name was Angelina solidified it for me if it was a girl. The boy name he had something family related he really liked so I just agreed to it

See that is a great story and a very pretty name! A women I work with had the same thing happen to her when she was pregnant. She said she was down the shore and a little girl came running up to her and she called her Elizabeth. She was pregnant with a girl and just knew that was to be her name. I wish that would happen.
Our problem is - he wants a more traditional name and I feel like I can't give this one the most traditional name when Reagan is not a traditional name. You know what I mean?
No matter the first name the middle name will be Helen - that was both of our grandmothers from our mother's side first name that we were both extremly close too!
We are no where close to choosing a name for this LO. We have discussed ideas, but there is nothing we have come up with that we both really love, or even really like. We kind of have an idea of the middle name (family name), but if whatever first name we choose doesn't go with it, we are fine with using something else. Other than that, we got nothing! Some days it bothers me, others I feel like by the time January comes around, we will have something, so I'm not super worried about it right now. It would be nice to start thinking of him by his name, though!

We have NOTHING so far! I am over 1/2 way and there is nothing we love, like, or can even agree on! We are not finding out the sex and DH is set on having 2 girl names and 2 boy names just incase they don't look like one of them. Do you know how frustrating that is...especially when you have nothing in mind?
Last pregnancy wasn't so difficult. At 3 months pregnant, I picked Kade for a boy, DH picked Kolt for a boy. At 8 months pregnant, DH picked Milah for a girl, and I picked Aaliyah for a girl. We both loved each of our names, but we have absolutely nothing this time.
I doesn't help that I am super picky either. I don't want the names to start with the same letter or end with the same ending sound. It narrows it down, but it makes it WAY more difficult. I just don't know what to do and DH acts like it is no big deal. I know we have time...I just want one name! That is all I am asking....ugh!

TEAM GREEN!!!
We had out name picked out and now I am flip flopping. MH does not want to talk about it any more as his mind is made up. I know he will cave if I push but...

we're not settling on a name until baby is here, which i am totally fine with. that being said we are about 90% settled on a boys name (Donovan Salvatore) and no where near settled on a girls name. but DH doesn't love my #1 choice so i'm hoping h'll cave after he watches me give birth
Uhhh yeah, I call the baby William and DH calls him Landon. Because we can't agree. And we tick each other off about it too. Occasionally we both will call him Henry.
We had picked Landon years ago but it's soooooooo popular so I am really against it now. William was his grandfather's name, DH wants it as a middle name...except we already have Philip as a middle name.
So he'll be like "And how's Landon William Philip today?" which ticks me off. So I call him William all the time. We both like Henry, don't love it though, and think our families will despise it.
