Anyone purchased from Baby Super Mall?

Just wanting to know if anyone has had any experience with Baby Super Mall?

They have the crib set I love $90 cheeper than amazon.

    Watch out for them! I had a bad experience with them because they refused to honor their own return policy.

    I purchased a wall border, which had no product description (never buying anything w/o a description again). After getting it I found out that it's actually the kind of wallpaper to which you have to add water and paste on, which I can't use.

    I'll admit that was a dumb mistake on my part; howeveer, I should have been able to return it because I met all the requirements as stated in their policy. The product was unused, in new condition and the original packaging was still there.

    They refused to accept it just because the original packaging had been opened, but nowhere in their return policy does it actually say that the OP can't be opened, only that it has to be present, which it was. I tried to fight it, but BSM wouldn't budge.

    Then I complained to Amazon, who gave me a credit, so it wasn't a loss. But I'll never order anything from BSM again

    I just ordered my bedding from them yesterday, I love that they charge no tax or shipping.... SMS I'm sorry you had such a bad experience :(

    Hmm... that is odd, because Amazon uses Baby Super Mall as a vendor (with free shipping).    Was the crib set on Amazon sold by Baby Super Mall or someone else?   It might be worth digging a bit more to see if you can find it sold by BSM on Amazon.   

    We got our bedding (only carried by BSM) via Amazon at the same price, maybe even cheaper.   

    But, that said, I would definitely just order from BSM for a $90 savings!  Ours was shipping from them and we had no issues.  But I would also probably contact Amazon about the price discrepancy (they will often try to rectify price discrepancies).
