my lining was perfect, my FSH was just at 6, which for a 41 year old chick is AWESOME! he is not even a little worried about my AMH and he loved my 2 big fat follies (we never got a decent look at my left ovary, that office had crappy equipment and my ovaries are really deeper, even deeper after my csection, apparently) He said if I can get 2 follicles to 23mm on cd14 on just 100 mg clomid, when we add in some femara, lots of bravelle, lots of menopur and a buttload of ganirelix, we can get some good eggs.
He said that although age is certainly an issue, he has seen many other woman my age with worse factors get pregnant and give birth. He also said our history of 100% fertilization and 100% to 3d, and then our 90% to blast stage is a HUGE factor in success. He hopes that will still be the case.
We will transfer up to 6 embryos, likely a 3dt. Unless we get more than 6, then we will go to 5dt to see which 4 or 5 are best.
Next step is a new SA for my husband and then we start.
FINALLY!
