So... who exercised?

I did!  Woot!

I just did C25K week 1.  It's a nice challenge for me and I was able to run/walk for 1.97 miles.

  • I did yesterday for the first time since being pregnant. I went to prenatal yoga. I had to force myself to go and only did because I was hoping to make new friends in the neighborhood. It was good and worth. It inspired me to go back and make workout 3 times a week or so.

  • I didn't :( and my dogs vet just told me he is 2 1/2 pounds over weight.  I told her that is because I haven't exercised in 3 months.  I MUST get back on those nightly walks, for my sake, and his!

     

  • YAY!  I did!  Walked briskly for a while--not nearly what I was doing (running 4 or 5 miles a day) before the BFP, but at this point I'll take anything.  I'm 12.5 weeks now, so I know I HAVE to get back on the exercise bandwagon or I'll feel terrible (mentally and physically) for the next 6 months.  The excuses are over!

  • I did this morning.  I will tomorrow morning.  I am normally not a morning workout person, but when I get home from work now all I want to do is....nothing.

  • I did! I hopped on the elliptical for a half hour and then walked a brisk incline on the treadmill for 20 minutes.

  • I finally got some exercise.  Though it was difficult to tear myself away from 2 snuggly kitties I took our hyper-active dog for a 1/2 hour walk.  Yesterday the Hubby and I did 3 miles.  I finally have some energy and know I have to get back to exercising.  

    I had a dr. appt today and my doctor asked if I had recently been on a cruise to the Bahamas because I had gained a bunch of weight.  :-|

  • DH and I went on a 45 minute walk around the neighborhood after work.  If nothing else, the 70 degree weather is motivating!

  • Me!!! I try to get about an hour every morning. I'm assuming the LO likes it because it always feel so good.

  • Well... I definitely didn't. But just wanted to send you some C25K love... I am a HUGE believer in it! It helped me go from exercise-hating couch potato to half marathon finisher last year. I give it all the credit for getting me started. Have fun!!

  • I worked out for like...almost 10 min lol. And then I ate and took a nap. Oh well I am sure the workout my hubby gives me counts for something too ;) I hope lol

  • Just got DS down, and I am heading to the gym.  I wish I was staying home to eat something bad and hang out with DH.

     I got home and got very excited about my dinner because I was actually able to eat a large meal without feeling sick and overfull.  So then I just lazed around with my full belly doing other things....  Maybe tonight I will get off my ass.

  • Not me!  :oP  Well not intentionally.

    DH and I were in Manhattan for a week, and got tired of hailing cabs, and taking the tour bus so we would walk/power walk the 40-50 blocks from battery park all the way to central park.

    We were staying near Central Park and would go out to Soho and Little Italy nearly every day.  Next time, we'll stay in that area to avoid the walking.  XD

  • I'm sort of a lazy bum on this one...  I decided I get enough exercise in my life (which probably isn't true lol) because I walk to get my mail (it's actually close to 1/4 of a mile round trip) and I have 16 stairs to get into my house through the front door, or I can go in the basement and take 16 stairs to the main floor.  lol.  Plus I feed my cats in the basement and the washer and dryer are in the basement.  Living in the middle of nowhere there's no place friendly to walk outside other than down my driveway....

  • I was super nauseated but I went and did 30 mins on the bike. Don't love the bike so much and can't wait for my tummy to feel better enough to go back to the elliptical!
