  yes they're fine and they work pretty good, the only problem is they're too expensive to use everyday or I would!

  When my back is really bugging me I have him do a quick rub with the cream. It works really well and smells yummy too.

  My doc OK'ed it.... also OK'ed Bengay and HeadOn (for headaches).

  I had a knee issue when I had just found out I was pregnant, and the doctor said it was ok to use the roll on, so I would think it would be ok to use the patch.

  I asked my doc about them a while back, she said they were fine!

  Vaporrub works great on sore muscles too....and is less $$$ than icyhot. Hope you feel better!
