Yes. This is my ute currently, after a surgery to remove a septum (pictures in the 1st post in my blog, if you are interested). Arcuate is the least severe of all of the uterine defects. What has your RE (I am assuming an HSG was done) told you?

Ugh, don't google anything about uterine anomolies. The info is outdated and scary. I have a unicornuate uterus, which makes me high risk. Check out this Yahoo Groups message board to find a more consolidated group of girls with similar diagnoses: https://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/MullerianAnomalies/

Yes, i now also have one after having my septum removed. ask you doctor to talk to you about the risks if you are concerned but you should be fine. and like pp said it is the least severe of uterine abnormalities.
You just need to make sure that your OB/MFM are monitoring you appropriately given your uterine status. Malformations put you at higher risk for all sorts of complications, so you have to be proactive. FWIW, even after having my septum removed, I've had an unexplained m/c and near loss of my twins @ 21w due to an incompetent cervix. Best of luck!
