Ok so I have been on the knot and the nest and I'm now posting on the bump ![]()
So the the more important thing, I feel, is that my husband and I are trying to get pregnant. I have PCOS so it has me stressing a little bit. I used to be on metformin and BC but obviously stopped taking the BC. I have started a healtht diet and low impact exercise... is there anything else that I can do to help get pregnant?

Hi Jenn! I was pretty freaked out when I was diagnosed with PCOS because my doctor immediately started recommending laparoscopies to check for cysts and the metformin/bcp solution you suggested. I'm one of those yoga-loving, green tea swilling, holistic healing type of gals, so I didn't want anything to do with invasive drugs. I was able to conceive 2 months in using a fertility aid called Fertibella. I suggest you buy direct www.fertibella.com because people have had trouble with other peddlers of the product on third party sites. Basically, the ingredients in Fertibella are all natural:
angelica sinensis , glycyrrhiza, viburnum opulus, folic acid, apis mellifica, iron, calicum , thyroidinum, progesterone, paeonia alba, panax gingseng, juniperus sabina, agnus castus, mixed citrus bioflavinoids, para aminobenzoic acid, zinc gluconate, selenium
That's what I liked about it anyway. I didn't have any side effects at all while taking it. The one thing to keep in mind is that they do auto-reorders for you, so when you become pregnant you have to call them up and let them know you won't be needing anymore. They have a free 2 month trial going on right now and if you're lucky like me, you won't even have to worry about it!
