I've heard about this website from a few people/places.. and I just wonder what it IS. I mean, there's a gajillion sleep books out there, so wouldn't it be cheaper (and easier?) to go buy a few books? I just want to know what I'm paying the $30 for. It seems a little too good to be true.... if anyone has used them, thoughts? And, was your baby a truly bad sleeper before you used them - or did you use them solely to get them on the right track from the get-go?
TIA!
