cancelling mediation

Who gets charged when mediation is cancelled? Ex sent an e mail yesterday saying his attorney was in an accident and might cancel mediation because he has many broken bones. 

Guess I'll be on the phone in the AM with mine. So annoying. I just want this over with. I don't know if he's even telling the truth, but I don't even care enough to respond, lol

    Unless they file a continuance to get the date pushed back, he's on the hook to show up with or without representation I would think.
