I know I have been gone for a super long time - life got away from me. Last you guys heard, I failed the one hour GTT and was going in for the 3 hour - which I passed! Yay!
Ethan was estimated to be a pound bigger than Connor around mid-August so I started going in for twice weekly testing - NSTs one time and BPPs the next. Connor failed the NST twice but passed the BPPs so they let me keep going.
On August 31st, I started having Braxton-Hicks but a ton of them. They didn't hurt at first, just lots of tightening. It started at 5:30 pm and we decided to go in around 9:00 pm after some consultations with the on-call doctor. At this point I was having about 8 contractions an hour. My mom was staying with us and we went in - stopping on the way to grab DH a couple of hamburgers (he knows how it is with me and the hospital, we are always there forEVER). But I was convinced beyond convinced that this was false labor and we were just going in for practice.
At the hospital I kept having those contractions and it they were getting more uncomfortable. Nothing was really making them go away, and since I was already 35 weeks 5 days (6 days post midnight on this journey!) they weren't really going to stop labor. Around 12:30 we decided to go ahead with a c-section (Connor was transverse and up by my ribs - and as it turned out he was tangled up in his cord so the c-section ended up being the best option). My insurance from work just kicked in at midnight and my September babies made it to September but not one second longer!
They gave me a spinal and my blood pressure kept dropping super low (I've always had low blood pressure) and they kept having to give me medicine to counteract that. No fun, but I made it through. Ethan was born at 2:33 am and Connor followed him at 2:35 am. Because they were born before 36 weeks they had to go the NICU. Connor was brought to me right after he was examined while I was still in recovery, but Ethan had a little trouble breathing and so they kept him in the NICU for about 4 hours before he was upgraded to the well baby nursery and got to come be with me.
It's hard to believe they are two weeks old - and my scheduled c-section wasn't even until the 19th! I am so in love with them and we are doing so well - it's funny how opinionated I am about everything baby-related now. :-)
You girls have been so helpful to me - even when I just have time to lurk every day you still find a way to make a great support system. Thank you so much for all your help and I'll be happy to offer any advice or input that I can to help you out!

Dx: DOR, Endo, APA+ (really high beta 2 glycoprotein antibody and high everything else tested), heterozygous MTHFR mutation, positive for lupus anticoagulant, high FSH, low AMH and both tubes blocked (per HSG on 3/8/11)
IVF #1 - long lupron (with HGH, intralipids, lovenox and BA); 4 retrieved, 3 fertilized; ET 2 blasts and 1 frozen = BFN
IVF #2 - a version of antagonist with EPP (with HGH, intralipids, lovenox and BA); 6 retrieved, 4 mature, 3 fertilized, 2 blasts and 1 frozen blast transferred on day 5 = BFN.
IVF #3 April was postponed to May, May was canceled. June/July was canceled. Had a cyst aspiration and then began IVF #3 in August. ER on 8/22; ET on 8/24 with AH. +HPT on 9/5. Beta #1 (11dpo) = 3; Beta #2 (15dpo) = 29; Beta #3 (17dpo) = 60; Beta #4 (19 dpo) = 118. Heartbeat at 6 weeks 6 days =132. Lil is here!

Congratulations mama! They are precious! I am sure you are enjoying every second of them!
