Does you LO randomly cry while still asleep? K will start crying, but still be asleep. I'm not really sure why. Sometimes it's just a few whimpers, but other times it's a full blown upset cry. What gives?
Colleen does this on occasion. Usually I just get up and give her the pacifier and put on her seahorse glow worm and she goes right back to sleep. I'm not sure why either. I wonder if they are dreaming about something.

My son does this sometimes. He was doing it bad for a couple of weeks (3-4 times per night some nights, 1-2 times the others) and then some teeth showed up. I didn't really notice anything different during the day so it caught me off guard. He usually stopped on his own but I tried to give him the paci anyway, but he turned his head back and forth a lot so it was hard to do that! Eyes closed the whole time.
She does this, but is asleep...I used to go up there and check on her, but she's still asleep but now I wait and see if she cries more than a few cries and wait to go there.
DS does this ALLLLLLLLLLLL the time. I actually figured it out though now, finally. He's teething - not just teething in general but the actual tooth is cutting. He's done it with each one he's gotten (he's on tooth #4). He is fully asleep, eyes closed, etc and he is full-on crying at times. I go in there and give him the paci and he is completely fine. Sometimes he will do it multiple times a night too. This last week he was waking up 2-3 times a night for like a week straight. Found the tooth a couple days ago and he's been perfect, sleeping again.
