For the ladies that have had IVF how much menopur did you use a day? How many days did you stim?

I used anywhere from 2 to 4 vials. It is my first IVF, and I stimmed a total of 13 days. I did 2 vials the first 2 days, then went up to 4 for a good while, and when they reduced my meds, they only took me down to 3 vials.

It worked well for me, the "slow and steady wins the race" kind of thing. I got 12 eggs, 11 mature, 10 fertilized, and 3 days post-ER, all are still growing.

I did a mix of gonal-f and menopur:

antagonist 300/150, 12 days

antagonist 450/150, 10 days

ep+antagonist 450/150, 14 days

ep+antagonist 300/300, 14 days

Your diagnosis directly influences your protocol, dose and length of stim. 10-12 days is optimal, but longer/shorter is not uncommon.

I stimmed for 12 days, of which I used 1 vial of Menopur for 9 days, 1/2 vial for 2 days, and none on the last day(only the Follistim and lupron on the last day).

I'm on my first IVF cycle. I'm on a long Lupron protocol and am doing stim day 4 tonight. I've been on 1 vial of Menopur with 225iU of Gonal-F and 5U of Lupron. After my first follie check I'm cutting back on the Gonal-F, but the Menopur and Lupron are staying the same.

For both IVF cycles I did 300 of Menopur (4 vials) and 300 of gonal F per day so 600 of stims a day. This was combined with either Lupron (cycle 1) or generelix (cycle 2).

Cycle 1 didn't go so well and the stimming went on for about 18 days before I was converted to an IUI. Cycle 2 went better and I'm not sure how long it lasted probably about 14 days before ER.

I was on 4 vials a day and stimmed for 10 days before trigger. I also also on 300 follistim so a max dose of drugs. I don't know what my drugs will be for my next protocol.

I only did 1 vial a day for 11 days. Mine was paired with Follistim, and that varied: 450 the first two days, 375 for 8 days, and 150 on the last day. They lowered that last dose at the last minute because my b/w from my 3rd follie check had my E2 at 3029 (4th check was over 5000, so they gave me 1/2 a Letrozole to try to bring it down).

I was on Menopur 4 vials and Follistim 300iu for my IVF that made it to retrieval. I have taken as many as 5 vials of Menopur in my first cycle, and on 2 vials during my last cycle. Have taken as much as 450 iu Follistim, and will be increasing to 600iu this cycle. Not sure how that will change Menopur dose those. I stimmed 13 days.

I started the first 3 days with 3 vials, then cut down to 2 vials. My first follie check is tomorrow.

I've done anywhere from 2-4 vials. This cycle I will be on 2 vials.
