This is kind of what kacelle said, but when we first tried to get DS to take a bottle, I gave it to him and held him as I would to breastfeed him. Very close and right next to my breast, except I made the bottle nipple available. Once he took that, DH tried giving him one while holding him close in the same way.
Good luck!
We had the same problem a while back. What worked for us was; first, we went through different bottles until we found one brand he liked (he'll only take tommee tippees, nothing else) second, I had to be completely out sight, if I'm anywhere near he can smell me I swear lol and won't take a bottle, third, the expressed BM has to be room temp, not warmer or colder (pretty much the temp it feels when I pump). We have accepted that when I'm away LO just won't eat as much, but at least he eats enough. GL!
