Where should I begin?

I have been suffering horrible all day long nausea for.. well my entire pregnancy so far.  Since I've been spending all my time being sick, I haven't been able to workout at all.  I finally got on anti-nausea medication and it has made a world of difference. Big Smile

Now that I'm finally feeling better I want to work out, but I'm not sure where to start.  Any suggestions?

  • I bought a prenatal yoga dvd from walmart for $10 I use that and walk.

  • Walking's always supposed to be good.  I also got a DVD - the Summer Sanders prenatal workout and she breaks it into trimesters and you can do a short workout (like 25 min) or long (around 50).  It's low intensity but challenging and it focuses on just about every muscle.  I've only done it one time so far but I really liked it.
