Alora was born via C-section on Monday, September 12, 2011 at 6:57 AM weighing 8 lbs 7 ounces and 19 1/2 inches in length! The C-section was not really what I expected and I "thought" I had been mentally prepared for months. It was a little more traumatic the first day after the surgery than I expected! Lots of pain but by day 4 I'm getting around almost as good as I was pre-surgery. Good luck to all upcoming Mommys via C-section!
