Rash...

So I have been lurking a LOT! :-) I'm on here almost everyday, but don't post very often. In fact I don't think I have posted since Zoe came along, but I think you ladies are very helpful, and now I'm at my wits end.

 She has had a rash on her cheeks for more than a month now.  Today was my second trip to the pedi.  He says atopic dermatitis, not eczema or anything else, and I am suppose to just keep trying new lotions and creams until I find one that works.  The last time we went he prescribed a steroid cream, which we covered in Aquaphor.  This cleared it up within 3 days, but as soon as we stopped using it (the cream not the aquaphor), the rash came back.  We did this twice, but were only suppose to use the cream for no more than 7 days.  I have bought 3 different lotions, and slather it on 3-6 times a day but nothing seems to be helping.

I am really at a loss to what it is because it is no where else on her body, just her cheeks...

So all that to ask this, does anyone have any ideas or suggestions for me?

    I'm sorry you're dealing with this. Have you tried pure coconut oil? You can get it at a health food store and it works great for us, it is greasy though so really rub it in.

    How is this different from baby oil? I have some of that...
