Pictures of curly boys?

We are having a lot of trouble getting ds's hair cut in a way that looks cute. He has soft curly hair which for some reason always ends up looking like a girl's short hair cut. Does anyone have a style to share that I can show to the stylist with hopes he will get a decent cut? I don't want to chop off the curls but I don't want him to look like an America's Next Top Model contestant after makeover day. Just a cute little surfer boy rocking his curls.

I wish I had some tips for you. DS's hair is curly and has super long eye lashes and when his hair gets long, he looks to girlish for me, so I keep his hair cut close often.

Ds 's lashes literally touch his lids when he opens wide and he has big round green eyes. Totally feline with the wrong cut. I hate to chop curls though

I don't know if you can see his hair in my sig pic, but DS2 has soft curls. For him, it's all about getting it to just the right length. I know it's time for a hair cut when it starts fluffing out so much that he looks like an old lady with a perm. I love his curls, even if they do make him look slightly feminine.
