I just got the go-ahead to start being more active and I can workout, but I'm not allowed to do any ab workouts just yet (too scared to start anyway!) I don't know where to really start. Maybe I will start with walking and go from there.
What have you ladies done or plan on doing to get back into shape??

I wish we had that here, it looks like so much fun. I did by her DVD's though, the Mama wants her body back and I like them a lot, and I also do Jillian Michaels 30 day shred. They are both very similar in format, and a quick and fast paced.
This is what I did. I didn't feel comfortable doing anything before 6 wks. That said, I tried running shortly after the 6 wk appt and after ~10 min, my abs hurt the next day. It took another 2 weeks to run comfortably and not be in pain the next day. I'm pretty much back to everything I did pre-pregnancy but working back up to the level I was before and during pregnancy.
