I've been doing pelvic tilts on all fours pretty much daily for months because it makes my back feel good and I know they're good to prepare your pelvis for labor. Today I randomly read in "what to expect" that you should do them standing in the third tri but it didn't say why and I couldn't find that in any other resource. Has anyone else heard this? TIA

Re: Random pelvic tilt question
Wow = I've actually never knew that you should do them standing. I've been doing them the same way you were.
The Bradley method is all about the pelvic tilt and its benefits. I think I do about 250/day and all of them are done on all fours. Their rationale for doing it on all 4s is to help your ute come forward and reduce the pressure on your back, so not sure if you would get the same benefit if you did them standing.
There are other standing exercises you can do to help prep for labor - like squats.

OMG - I found these to be the best thing ever for my back. I do a set of 40 4x/day and then right before bed. I feel so much better after I'm done. Its literally just rocking the back, but here's something that I found online that can help:
