What are you cooking for your babies? How much do they eat?
I?m stressing out about giving them enough healthy foods and she isn?t digging the jar food anymore. Daycare is telling me to give her real food, they said she is HUNGRY lol
Start by giving her foods that are of the same texture of baby food. Like, applesauce or pudding. DD will eat the baby food ONLY if I put it in a regular bowl and she doesnt see me do it. I started with table foods like, cooked veggies, fruit, pasta, and bread that i could cut up into very small pieces. Now she eats pretty much anything we eat except meat that is too hard to chew without a full mouth of teeth.

Depending on how hungry she is (and how much she likes something) she can eat a ton. Yesterday she ate a full PB&J for lunch. For supper she eats anything we eat, just cut up very small. Ends up being between 1/4-3/4 cup.... I just feed her til she stops. She's not a huge fan of veggies, but she LOVES green bean casserole. Also broccoli she will eat if there's a sauce or something with it. She loves tomatoes, and all fruits. Meats she's great with, but sometimes chicken isn't a huge hit because even the slightest hint of dryness will make her refuse. Texture is a big deal with her.

He still loves the jar food. I don't like feeding it to him so when I'm feeding him I'll make him something. Usually a sandwich of some sort (turkey or grilled cheese). I'll give him pancakes or toast for breakfast. He usually mooches off of whatever we're eating though. The other day it was tator tot casserole.
My LO eats everything I eat. I try to keep the REALLY spicy food away- my food philosophy, if it doesn't kill some taste buds it doesn't taste good. That being said, he has had some Chili that I had added Cayenne pepper to, and he liked that too. Yesterday he had some pizza (w/ Spinach, mushrooms, tomatoes and some other stuff), watermelon, nectarine, PBJ sandwich, eggs and some boiled carrots.
IDK why, but he has gone on strike from me feeding him. He likes to grab the food and put into his mouth himself, so oatmeal in the morning is really hard to feed him right now.
He eats whatever I'm eating, aside from the really spicy stuff. I just give him a smaller portion. I even made him a miniature ground turkey burger last weekend. I'm on a big health kick right now so I know whatever he's eating is healthy.
The Nest/Bump sucks and won't let me change my location. I'm in Arkansas, not Florida.
ive not long started letting him feed himself, so we have tried, chicken with mixed peppers and peas, the peppers didnt go down well but rest went in his mouth.
