  I bought a beautiful little knitted hat for our LO from pinemeadowcrafts.

  I was happy with the quality, fast shipping, email communication & the price!  Don't know if she makes headbands, though.

  I'm not sure if this is what you're looking for, but I placed an order with this seller for a hat for newborn pics. 

  She's a newer seller, so she has great prices and was super easy to work with on my custom item.

  This seller has cute boy & girl designs (which is really hard to find) and they are very reasonable, $10-$12 for most hats.  I haven't ordered yet, but saved the link from someone on here that recommended them.
