Hawaii Babies

Baby blog to baby book

I've been keeping a baby blog that I'd like to turn into a baby/family book.

Has anyone turned their blog into a keepsake book or heard of a good company to use? I know Blurb offers the service, but I was curious if there are any reputable others. I use Blogger, if it matters.

Thanks!

  • Blurb is the only one I've heard of, but I have no experience with it.  I did a Google search and came up with

    https://blog2print.sharedbook.com/blogworld/printmyblog/cutestblog/index.html

No idea what their quality is like, but you can enter your blog address in and it will format it into a book so you can see what it will look like.

I also found https://blogbooker.com/ which will just turn your blog into a PDF and then you can either print it on your printer or send it to your favorite book printer.

I'd be interested to hear what you decide to do and how it comes out!

  • I think Malia used the Cutest Baby on the Block one and was not happy with the quality.
  • I used this one for Ashton's 1st year and I have started to make his second year. It's pretty easy to use, the covers sort of suck but it's better than nothing.  It's a nice keepsake. Good luck!
  • Thanks, ladies! Really great info. I wonder if blurb is better, but maybe more expensive too?

Blurb had me really confused which is why I went back to the one I had used for Asthon's 1st year. If you have the time though, it may be worth it as I do think they have more options. I just don't have the time nor patience right now..lol!

  • thanks for asking this question!  i definitely want to turn our blog into a book some day

    Yeah, this is right.

Problem was the quality of the photos. They were very grainy. Since my blog is heavy on photos and that was the most important thing for me to get in a book, I was extremely disappointed in how the book came out.

I tried Blurb but could not figure it out.... Maybe I'll check out the one Renee used... Thanks for posting this!
