Baby meal ideas

Anyone have any good ideas for a meal I can make and bring to a friend who just had a baby?

    My first instinct is to say dessert but I know that defeats the purpose.

    I love soup, any kind of soup. It's healthy, hearty, and easy to heat up/clean up.

    I read on the CD page about muffins. OMG I loved muffins! (still do!) Easy to eat with one hand too. Fresh fruit? cookies? isn't there a lactation cookie recipe going around? Granola type bars? (Obviously none of these are actual meals, but nice treats)

    I would go with a breakfast casserole since most people are going to be bringing them dinner stuff.  A fried of mine is due in 4 weeks and I'm planning on looking up recipes on pintrest.  There was a blueberry french toast casserole on there that looked yummy!
