What are your weirdest aversions? (non-food related)

Mine is Facebook, music, and Michael Jackson. LOL! let me explain, I loved using Facebook all the time and since being pregnant I can't stand it. I log in and get sick. Music makes my stomach turn and I can't explain that. As for MJ, I used to LOVE that man, but now just a thought and I'm sick. I feel queasy as of right now. I sure hope this passes. What's yours?

    Reading!! I went from reading a book or two a week on my kindle and now every time I pick it up I feel bored and exhausted. It's so strange!

    My Nook.  Looking at it makes me feel sick sometimes.

     I also cannot stand to hear any of DH's bodily functions.  I've been like this with each PG.  I serioulsy almost lost my mind a couple weeks ago when he had a cold.  And he's still coughing.  Oh, the coughing!  Ick!

    Reality television.  I hate it so much that I begin to get irritated by the people who love it.  Its a sick hatred I have but I cant stop it.

    Brushing my tongue...I have had issues with it every pregnancy, but this time, the mere thought of it makes me heave.

    I was watching that new show Scammed last night and they made the camera shake and get fuzzy for some effect and I had to turn it because it made me sick.

    Dandruff.  I gag a little whenever I pressed against somebody with it on the subway, and I imagine it jumping off and floating down on me.  Gag.  

    I don't think I'd ever noticed a flake or two before.

    Ugh, this just started for me yesterday.  I had it a little bit very early on and it went away.  I'm not enjoying the gagging and heaving now Tongue Tied.

    I'm glad I'm not the only one who doesn't want to read right now.  I have to read a lot for work, but I've stopped pleasure reading.  Maybe it's because I'm so tired all the time.

    The exercise bike made me super queasy one day and now just the thought of it turns my stomach.

    Mostly for me it's just smells. I have to hold my breath when I pee or poo because I gag. Trash cans make me gag, mint makes me gag, DH's cologne and deodorant make me gag.

    Non-smells that make me gag are runny noses and when the cat vomits.

    My cats!  I used to love them now I can't stand being around them.  They try to come in and sleep with me like they have for the past 7+ years and I keep kicking them off the bed.  They're probably like WTF!!  I told FI that I'm considering making them totally outside cats when the LO comes (right now they're indoor/outdoor and really only come in to sleep).  Man, it sucks but I just don't like them at all right now!

    Ok this is so weird, because I was wondering if you could get aversions to things other than food...because I definitely have. I just thought I was going crazy. Mine is Pinterest....so sad, but so true. Just the thought of it makes me feel sick...I think it it all started with the recipes. Also, I have a blog and the thought of posting on it was making me sick. I went 2 weeks without posting when I normally post every day! I've finally just sucked it up and started posting again.

    ETA: I also just remembered that the sound of my dog chewing/swallowing/smacking makes me want to gag and scream at the same time. I can't stand it!


    Son 4/27/12, Son 10/15/14, Daughter 9/29/16....Baby #4 due 10/09/19!  Apparently we get really bored in January ;)

    My dog's breath is killing me! It was never good before but now whenever she comes near me I gag.

    My hubby's breath. it's nothing personal and it has nothing to do with the smell... it's just the warmth and the moistness on my face. I just cant stand it. I feel so bad for him! He's been a trooper though...  hopefully it will subside and we can cuddle up again soon

    -Thong underwear.  It's all I've ever worn, but now they drive me crazy.  I had to go buy all new underwear the other day.

     

    -Used socks.  I put clean socks on in the morning and I'm fine.  I wear them all day long at work and I'm fine.  At the end of the day, when I take off my sneakers, the socks have to come off IMMEDIATELY.  I feel like ripping off my feet!

    Occasionally sound will irritate me.  We had music playing through the stereo while doing housework and I just had to go shut myself in the bedroom and lay down because it was just bothering me.  H thought I was wacko.

    My BFF...I instantly get a headache and a  sense of severe dread when she calls, emails or texts...

    I dont want to hear her opinions or advice on my pregnancy, what I should or should not be doing. What is normal and not normal ....yadda yadda yadda....UGH

    Cooking!!! I used to love it and haven't done anything. I've stocked up on microwavable food or things that don't need cooking, or I'll pick up food. It's terrible! I feel bad and hate spending the money, but I can't help it!

    My dog's food (it's the dry kind) it makes me dry heave. I can't feed him at all.
