Pregnant after IF

if you had BETAS...

Ok I have had problems with m/c and trying to conceive.  However I have 2 beautiful daughters which DH and I are so proud of.  We are trying for a 3rd and my BETAS were doing great.  First week 219, next week 2114 (right on track) so then they checked 5 days later, i should have been above 8400 and I was only at 3953.  Did anyone have a successful pg or should I plan for another m/c.

 TIA

  • I was told by my nurses that once they get really high like that, they plateau and don't double as fast.  I'd say you'll be able to see what's going on at your first ultrasound.  Hope all is well!

  • I'm a little late to reply to this post so hopefully you'll still read this, but I'm having similar situation.

My betas have only been doubling about once in a week and that is causing concern for my RE. I've had 3 u/s and everything looks normal so far and we even heard the heartbeat this week at 7w3d.

I've heard from a lot of people on the april 2012 board that it is normal for betas to stop doubling as often once they reach a certain level, and I'm hoping this is the case.

T & Ps for both of our babies!
