Philadelphia Babies

Looking for Baby Shower Locations

Can anyone recommend a venue around Philadelphia and its suburbs to have a baby shower for about 50 people? I'm looking for a buffet or light luncheon in a decent location. Any and all suggestions welcome. Thanks!!

  • I just had mine at Dave & Busters. It was alot nicer than I had thought. They set up a buffet selection of our picking with unlimited fountain beverages, coffee and tea and they included the table linens and napkins. All I had to do was bring my cupcake tower and cupcakes, party favors and a few balloons and games. It was so much fun and when it was all said and done we ventured to the arcade section and all played games. It was fun night and everyone enjoyed it. I had 30 people and with tax and gratuity was under $600 for everything. I spent $20 on 3 dozen cupcakes with pastel icing, $25 on homemade favors with gourmet jelly beans, and my invitations and thank you cards with a poem from baby $40 (50 count) used vista print for invitations and hallmark store for thank you cards--they printed them up for me) and I spent $10 on baloons and another $15 on gaming accessories I needed for the 4 games I had. Very cost effective and whether you have it for 3 hours or not it leaves the night open because there is a bar if people want to buy their own drinks and an arcade if they bring kids and want to all have a fun time after the shower is said and done. I went to the Dave and Busters on Columbus Blvd.
