1. Okay so how true is it that caffine really affects your supply? I usually drink one cup of coffee during the weekdays, no cokes, sometimes tea....I worry my supply is going decrease?
2. So I pump at work about three times. I was wondering if its okay to sterilized once and wash them the other two times instead of sterilizing everytime. who does this?

Re: Caffine, bad/good? and Pumping question?
1. I haven't found that caffeine affects my supply, but I noticed in the beginning that more than a morning cup of coffee would make my LO a little crazier than normal. I still usually drink just 1 cup (sometimes 2) of coffee in the morning and that's it for my caffeine intake.
2. You should be able to either just stick your parts in the fridge in between pumpings (without washing them), or rinse them off. I'll be honest, I don't sterilize my parts every day- I give them a really solid washing in hot water in the evening, and sterilize in boiling water once a week. If I pumped more than 1x a day at work, I would so stick the parts in the fridge, rather than rinsing them out.
I've drank coffee every day. No problem.
I'd fridge the parts during the day, wash with hot soapy water at night, and sterilize once on the weekend.

I drank 2-3 diet cokes/day while pumping and bf without any issue. I've never heard about it affecting supply.
Like you, I never sterilized between pumps. I'd put the parts in a ziploc in the fridge between pumping sessions and would wash them at night.
Caffeine doesn't affect supply at all; the only issue is if you rely too much on caffeinated drinks for hydration, because then you'd not be properly hydrated, which would affect supply.
Also, you'd generally have to drink about a pot of coffee for your LO to be affected; caffeine doesn't cross into your milk that freely.
I don't pump too often, so I am not great help there.
But, I did notice that caffeinated coffee bothered my DD. As soon as I cut out my morning cup, her spit up seemed to drastically reduce. I don't think it effected my supply though.
